i just tried this product this past week, and i really

like it on my morning granola better than soy milk.

i used some while making frosting for the sugar &

spice cookies i baked yesterday, too. Very mmmm.

Has a pretty distinct flavor, so i wouldn't think it

would work on or in everything. Anyone else here use

almond milk often? What sorts of dishes does it go

well with or in?

Here is a pic and link to the brand i bought:

i haven't seen an almond milk made by pacific...now i

want to try it. the hazelnut flavor looks interesting

too. i'll keep my eye out for those.

years ago, i used to make my own almond milk, but have

since lost the recipe. i remember that i used it for

making cornbread, pancakes, and for hot cereals....

i saw that hazelnut on the website, too. i think

i will look for it as well; might be a nice addition

for my morning coffee.

Now i do have a recipe for making almond milk in

that 'Simply Heavenly' cookbook. But i will say that

as it is written i am scratching my head over how

it would work... it doesn't list how much " milk "

you get per the recipe, and from how it is done i just

can't imagine you'd make much at all from it.

If you'd like i can post it later for you to read; maybe

it would spark an idea or insight from your past

experience making almond milk.
