Guest guest
Thanks, PunkinPie, for the lowfat version! What have you used it in? Here are a couple of recipes I've used for years. They've worked in everything I've tried them in. Sweetened Condensed Soymilk In blender, mix: 1 cup powdered soymilk -- do not pack down 1 cup boiling water 3 Tablespoons melted vegan margarine 2/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla pinch salt Blend and use as equivalent of one can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) Another substitution: substitute one can coconut cream (not coconut milk) for one can sweetened condensed milk. This can be found in the drink mixers section of the grocery store. It gives a coconutty taste to whatever you use it in.
