I've heard a few of the popular veg lecturers on the circuit point out that

we might consider defining ourselves not by what we don't eat, but by the

living fresh plant-based food that we do! The amazing variety, color,

texture, and tastes that the vegetable kingdom provides.

 

Instead of dulled reds, grays, and off whites of meat, fowl, and fish, the

rainbow of color available to us as vegans is almost infinite in spectrum.

 

By replacing dead meat, we increase the amount of color we consume!

Those are all good points, Mark. Thanks for bringing them out. I'll try to

use them as I go in our new church...

Also, I went to your site and read some of your blog. Loved it! Very

helpful and interesting, and I d to it as well. Thank you for
