The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook

Im not sure which ones are vegan & which are vegetarian but I was

curious if any of you have the Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook. I just

received my copy & was wondering what are some of your fav recipes from

the book. Any recomendations for my first go round?

 

For the record I am not vegan im lacto vegetarian & I would like to cut

out more dairy I dont use milk, cheese is pretty much all I consume

that is dairy.

These are all I've tried so far, and they were all good! The soup

being my fave.

 

Cheez Please Soup (with broccoli) p. 74

Betta Feta p. 45

Gee Whiz Spread p. 39

Chick Cheez p.38

Chedda Fondue p.85

 

I would not recommend Traditional Macaroni and Cheez (p. 112). It was

brown and sticky and dry and way too yeasty!

 

I would love to hear about any recipes you try from this book!!

Hi Shelly,

 

I would like to get this book soon. I was thinking about trying to find it

at a second hand book store. Is the cookbook worth full price? I've really

been wanting to experiment with this type of thing. Also, please (and to

anyone), does this Uncheese Ckbk have pictures?
