The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook my rating

I have both of her Uncheese books and I give them about 3 stars out

of 10. Susie and I talked about these books months ago. So many of

the recipes taste simply awful. Recipes seem off, too much yeast,

etc. If you go th Amazon.Com and look this book up you will see the

other comsumers say about the same thing. I have posted her Eggplant

Parmesan in my group files, that's about the only recipe I found to be

worth while. There are so many books out there that have much better

results when you try a recipe.
