Cheez Please Soup (with broccoli) p. 74 Betta Feta p. 45 Gee Whiz Spread p. 39 Chick Cheez p.38 Chedda Fondue p.85 I would not recommend Traditional Macaroni and Cheez (p. 112). It was brown and sticky and dry and way too yeasty! I would love to hear about any recipes you try from this book!! Shelly Hi Shelly, Out of both books I really only liked the " Eggplant Parmesan " dish page 149. Everything else tasted so yeasty. Did you notice you have to really cut down on the yeast in most recipes? I lent the books to two of my friends a,d they weren't too impressed with most things they cooked either. Most of the recipes seem so blah or the flavors were just off. I agree, that macaroni and cheez recipe needs to be banned from the book.The classic fondue recipes are pretty bad also..LOL Do you have both books? The Untimate Uncheese Coobook contains many of the recipes from her Uncheese Cookbook. There are no pictures in The Uncheese Cookbook but there are a few scattered pictures in The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook. I have a great recipe for making " Seasoned Ricotta " out of tofu and it's a real hit in stuffed shells and lasagna so I stick with that one. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
