Guest guest
I would like to try making Colcannon. I've seen some recipes online, and am fine with trying those, but am wondering if anyone on the list has ever made it, especially a vegan version (though I'm also open to the traditional recipes which seem to be ovo/lacto). Anybody ever make it? Most recipes seem to be based on baking it. But I also saw one that said you could steam it. Anyone know how to do that? I don't have a working oven, so steaming might be a better option, but I wasn't sure if you would do that in a pan within a larger pan of water, or what. mrf
