Guest guest
I was once fostering a kitten that just stopped eating for no reason. Vet couldn't find anything wrong either. I think she was just overwhelmed by the number of adult cats surrounding her. Anyway the point is after several days of no eating and force feeding nutrical I was sitting eating a baked sweet potato. All of a sudden she landed in my plate grabbed a huge chunk and ran! She was in the corner, growling keeping the adult cats at bay and her fur all on end. It was funny. She ate a lot of that potato considering her size. I let her as she hadn't been eating then worried about her all night. Kept waking up to poke her and make sure she was ok. She'd just kind of grumble at me and go back to sleep. But she started eating again. Strange part was although she would get really excited at the smell of a sweet potato she would never eat it again.
