The environmental impact and the interconnectivity of all of it. It is a really nicely done book...I haven't finished it yet. Truly a Harvest of Hope showing us what we can and should do to eat responsibly and improve the odds of human survival on planet earth. The first part of the book is entirely different from the beginning of other books in that she shows us how our cultures and societies have revolved around our food and just how important it is for other reasons that sustenance. How the corporations are getting a strangle hold on our world which means they can ultimately control the world. I am glad that she wrote this book since she is admired and respected world wide. It just came out, 2005, hard back, $24.95. linda " Whatever you do will be insignificant and it is very important that you do it.
