Guest guest
Good question. i had to go look to see which oatmeal type i had in my pantry that i grabbed to try when i was cobbling up this loaf. i used plain " old fashioned " style uncooked oatmeal. [Fred Meyer brand to be exact] Guess it was handy and i wanted a more chewy texture. i think any style oatmeal you have would work fine, except for those instant packets of maple brown sugar. *lol* ~ pt ~ The greatest lessons in life, if we would but stoop and humble ourselves, we should learn not from the grown-up learned men, but from the so-called ignorant children. ~ Mohandas Karamchand [Mahatma] Gandhi (1869-1948) ~~~*~~~*~~~> , " linda " <lindai81@c...> wrote: > > Thanks for the repetition and it is in my own vegan files now. One question...that is uncooked oatmeal isn't it? The quick type or the regular?
