Guest guest
I slice and leave them a little wet, I put the rub on and let it penetrate for an hour in the refrigerator. Then I grill on the Foreman grill sprayed with cooking spray or I coat the skillet with a thin layer of canola oil and cook on both sides for a few minutes. They are good in a sandwich too. Hope this answered your questions, if not let me know. Guest guest
Thanks, Sissy, for this added info! I totally adore my Foreman grill and use it at least 3 times a week -- sure makes short work of veggieburgers, etc. No flipping and easy cleanup. I'll definitely be trying this.
