Jerk Rub recipe I use this on tofu steaks Sherry and PT

I slice and leave them a little wet, I put the rub on and let it

penetrate for an hour in the refrigerator. Then I grill on the

Foreman grill sprayed with cooking spray or I coat the skillet with a

thin layer of canola oil and cook on both sides for a few minutes.

They are good in a sandwich too.

Thanks, Sissy, for this added info! I totally adore my Foreman grill and

use it at least 3 times a week -- sure makes short work of veggieburgers,

etc. No flipping and easy cleanup. I'll definitely be trying this.
