I do have an idea to throw out and see what I can do with it... I was thinking Barley, sweet potatos and lentils but I haven't gotten anything from there. Do you all think Rosemary would be good on all that? Should I add some rice or something like that too? How long does barley (and bulghur cause I got a butt load of that too but lots of stuff to do with it) stay good? Can I just store it in the pantry? I like to make it with wild rice, peas and a vinaigrette for a warm side dish.
