Guest guest
That was very interesting to read about, Bron. i have never heard of boiled custard as a drink... but then perhaps that is because i am a native NYer. Maybe you could make a drink close to it the vegan way using Silk very vanilla and slow simmering it with a few teaspoons of cornstarch and some extra vanilla extract? Just an idea. Oh, and yes, i would love for you to share your eggnog bread recipes or ways to use up eggnog in a recipe. i have a feeling i am going to be the only one drinking this stuff [assuming i find some] at my house, so i might want to freeze it in smaller batches and use some also in recipes.
