Sweet taters enchilada casserole (recipe)

I think it would help if I knew what some of the Indian words meant.

Most recipes have their ingredients in their title but with Indian

recipes I have no idea what's in them by looking at the title. I

usually search for a recipe based on what I have to cook with (for

instance, if I want to use up corn tortillas, I look for enchilada

recipes) With most recipes, I can search through the titles and then

only open ones I think might be what I'm looking for. With the

Indian recipes, I have to open every recipe to read the ingredients

and it gets overwhelming!

 

I would love some help! Starting with something that has curry,

since I already have a bottle of that. Can't afford to go on a spice

buying spree right before Christmas :)
