Shelly, we need to find you some recipes from that part of the world. I

know we have several people here who enjoy Indian (and surrounding areas)

food that could offer ideas. The masalas alone with their color, frangrance

and flavor will change the way one thinks about food and cooking. So much

variety, excitement and flavor to be had.

Very true! Some of those Indian recipes can get very complicated! I

just use a mix (curry seasoning or garam masala seasoning). Have fun! :-)
