i have that book. i agree there are many good recipes

in it and it is worth the investment, IMO. i see amazon

has some used and new copies of this book starting at

$9.09, for those of you who might want to drop hints

for this book from Santa. ;)

 

i will have to check out that recipe for the seitan roast.

Bet it would be a good recipe for you to perfect for

helping your meat-loving friends make the vegetarian

transition.
