Guest guest
i have that book. i agree there are many good recipes in it and it is worth the investment, IMO. i see amazon has some used and new copies of this book starting at $9.09, for those of you who might want to drop hints for this book from Santa. i will have to check out that recipe for the seitan roast. Bet it would be a good recipe for you to perfect for helping your meat-loving friends make the vegetarian transition. ~ pt ~ " Listen to the howl of our spiritual brother, the wolf, for how it goes with him, so it goes for the natural world.
