Guest guest
Well, i have done it boths ways, Mark. i have sauted the onions prior to adding to the crockpot and i have also skipped the step when i was in a hurry. i have to say i much prefer the results of pre-saute to the no saute. Just a personal palate issue... but i think the flavor of the onion is less harsh and blends better in the dish when it is pre-cooked before adding it to the recipe. ~ pt ~ Education is what remains after one has forgotten everything one learned in school. ~ Albert Einstein ~~~*~~~*~~~> , Mark Sutton <soulveggie@e...> wrote: > > In the course of working on the recipe collection for " No More Bull " she > sent me her book.
