[Or perhaps there is a traditional > dish you'd like suggestions for adapting to veg?] i have adapted everything in our meal so it can be vegetarian for me, but also delicious enough so the rest of the omnivores can eat it, too. The only thing we don't share is the gravy and the meat they fix. i fix my own unmeat dish and veg gravy. ~ pt ~ Hearts are the strongest when they beat in response to noble ideals. ~ Ralph Bunche
Guest guest
Here is the question of the week: What holidays do you celebrate this time of year? We celebrate Yule with our Coven, and Santa comes on the 25th at our house as well. We also celebrate the holidays with my Father with a white elephant exchange and then again with my Mother and Sisters in a more traditional Christmas type thing. Is there a traditional dish you have adapted to fit your vegetarian lifestyle? [Or perhaps there is a traditional dish you'd like suggestions for adapting to veg?] Since I usually do all of the cooking, everything made is vegetarian. Since everyone else there is a carnivore... they are responsible for bringing anything containing meat that they want to eat since I refuse to make them. hehehe Walk in Beauty, Misty
