Thank you for all the great recipes, links and advice. I really appreciate it

all very much. I am going to spend the next few daze <grin> wading through it

all and picking out a dozen or so to try over the hollydaze. Should keep the

natives happy. Just in case I shall have a quart of two of brown gravy on hand

to smother things in a some awesome desserts for them to aim towards.
