Guest guest Posted December 13, 2005 Report Share Posted December 13, 2005 i know, i never would have thought to toast the sea salt in a dry pan like that either, but it really helps enhance the flavor of the sprinkles, and it also removes the extra moisture. My sea salt is a very moist kind. You will just love this cookbook. i fond all the recipes are easy to make, and also written in such a way that i feel confident doing them my way instead of following them exactly. i just typed up the Gandhi Curry Sauce recipe, so i will post that one next; it is wonderful! ~ pt ~ " Not that I want to be a god or a hero.
