[recipe] Gomasio ~ Linda

i know, i never would have thought to toast the sea

salt in a dry pan like that either, but it really helps

enhance the flavor of the sprinkles, and it also removes

the extra moisture. My sea salt is a very moist kind.

 

You will just love this cookbook. i fond all the recipes

are easy to make, and also written in such a way that

i feel confident doing them my way instead of

following them exactly. i just typed up the Gandhi

Curry Sauce recipe, so i will post that one next; it is

wonderful! :)

But, you see, if I absolutely adore the Native Foods book what use do I have for

this list? LOL <just tormenting> It is a very cold and cloudy day here and

after a while one just goes nutso.
