Guest guest
" After watching the food network and Rachel Ray she had an excellent idea to make stuffing for individuals in muffin tins.. I loved the idea and did it for Thanksgiving, it worked out great and everyone loved them! " I saw that! :-) It reminded me of a favourite way my gran had of preparing stuffing - and the whole family was wild for it. She did the conventional stuffing, of course, but made extra which she formed into golf-ball-sized spheres and baked in the oven (with the help of a little fat/oil) in a separate pan, space between them so easy to turn halfway through. They got all brown and crisp on the outside and were the usual moist stuffing on the inside. Handy to do with any left-over (what a thought!) stuffing too . . . Of course, you have to be weird and like the crispy part. Best, Pat
