Hey My Pals Pat and PT

You know it. My Japanese girlfriend introduced me to semi-burned

streamed rice on the bottom of the pan, in the 8th grade. PT sent me

a recipe for Persian Lentils and Rice with a tahdeeg months ago. I

made it and posted the recipe. It's in the top 5 of my favorite

recipes.

I have a rice and potato tahdeeg recipe I posted. Not sure if I sent

it to this group. I think so. I'll have to check. I still have one

more Iranian tahdeeg to post and I'll make sure it gets to all 3

groups.
