Guest guest
We have a bunch of recipes for vegetarian " meat " balls and unmeat loaves. Check out our files and especially check the vegan recipes which are labeled as such. i find oatmeal and mashed potatoes help to bind them together well. Baking without eggs is pretty easy as well. There is a recipe for making your own Ener-G egg replacer. You can buy it at most stores in the healthfood section, but making your own is way cheaper. There are other ideas in the files for egg replacements, too. Go here: Now go to the folder at the bottom of the page titled: Vegetarian & Vegan Substitutions If you have any specific questions about things posted there please don't hesitate to ask. ~ pt ~ In the bleak midwinter Frosty wind made moan, Earth stood hard as iron, Water like a stone; Snow had fallen, snow on snow, Snow on snow, In the bleak midwinter, Long ago. ~ Christina Rossetti (1830 - 1894), A Christmas Carol ~~~*~~~*~~~> , " Heather O'Neil " <diamyst@s...> wrote: > Also, along with the above mentioned allergy I can no longer eat egg yolks.
