How about the nicely browned rice on the bottom

of the ricepan after it has been steamed Chinese

style? A tiny shake of oil, a sprinkle of salt,

and the kids absolutely fight over it. Some of

the non-adult kids too.

I like many things that have been accidentally over- " seasoned " (or

" blackened " ) on that pan and needs to be scraped off. LOL.

 

....even that odd dark brown chip that comes once in a while in a bag

of potato chips is good. :)

 

Let the " ooh yuckies " fly. :)~
