[recipe] Dilly Dip

For New Year's Eve i like to set out some snack foods for

all to eat while we enjoy Hogmanay. Here is a dip recipe

we all like. If there is any leftover, it makes a yummy

sandwich spread.

 

Dilly Dip

 

2/3 cup mayonnaise [i used vegenaise]

2/3 cup lite sour cream

1 tsp. dill weed

1 tsp. season salt

1 tsp. dried parsley

1 Tbs. minced green onion

 

Combine all ingredients together and chill for 2 to

3 hours before serving.

Yield: 1 1/3 cups dip

Lovely and chaste like smooth white sand.
