The brand of peanut oil i like to use is called Hain.

You can find it at any healthfood-type store. i scored

a good deal the other day on a bottle of it at Grocery Outlet;

i always shop there first for good deals. Do you have

one of those in Eugene? i know i saw a new one opening

up this summer over in Brookings, so i am assuming they

are popping up all over Oregon. i really like that these

stores carry some healthfood bargains. :)

i also scored on some cartons of Imagine brand organic

noodle broth in the soy ginger flavor. i think i am going to

make stir-fry tofu and veggies tonight.

The tendinous part of the mind, so to speak,

is more developed in winter; the fleshy, in summer.

I should say winter had given the bone and sinew

to literature, summer the tissues and the blood.

canola. Daughter loves cooking in peanut oil so she has some and I will try that

and see if I like it too. Then I have to price the organic peanut oil.
