LOL! How about calling it Linda's Gomasio Surprise?

Yeah, it is really easy to burn those sesame seeds.

There is a very fine line between perfectly toasted and

totally black!

Now there is a name for sure that would fit many of my dishes. Do you know how

much spatula rubber I have melted? And eaten. A lot. That is why I shop for them

at the restaurant supply store. Cheaper. Don't know if they make flavored

rubber spatulas though. That might be tastier.
