This is another yummy snack food i like to make

for New Year's Eve. If you aren't a fan of spicy food,

just cut back on the hot sauce. Also, be sure to read

your steak sauce labels. Most are vegan, but i doubt

all are. :)

Spicy Cheese Ball

1 [8 oz.] package cream cheese, softened

1 Tbs. steak sauce

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1 Tbs. sriracha hot sauce

Chopped walnuts

Chopped parsley

Mix together the first four ingredients.

Chill for 2 to 4 hours. Shape into a ball

and roll in walnut parsley mixture.

Serve with crackers.

Serves: approx. 10

This sounds good. I think it needs some processing though. I really

like those port wine or smoked processed cheese logs this time of

year. I don't know what it is about them (probably the processing)

but I've always really liked those things.
