Guest guest
>Thanks Pat. This sounds so good. i have never paired miso with lentils before; guess i've been missing out. Well I figure that Vegetaria is a whole 'n'other country and it's okay to create our own combos of ingredients and flavours, regardless of 'authenticity' :-) I think it's in the charter of Vegetarian Citizen's Rights. I use miso in a lot of 'odd' things - anyone use it on oatmeal? (No, just kidding. I simply salt my oatmeal.) And thanks for the kind words about the vegetarian slimming group ;-) We don't guarantee to get pounds off, but we do try! LOL Best love, Pat

Guest guest
Sorry for being late answering - one of the probs of being on Digest. >i like " Vegetaria " ... i think that is the homeland of creative fusion cuisine. Certainly in the Western Provinces; the Eastern Provinces, of course, have their own trad veg recipes, although coming around to our way of thinking/eating more these days too. Fusion Rules! Now, all together, first verse of our national anthem 'Give Peas a Chance', a one and a two and a one and a two . . . Have a good one - I'm still resisting the cookies so . . . Best love to you and your team and if I don't write in again this week, all have a great Whatever! Happy Hols, everyone - Pat
