Guest guest
> I am still looking for vegan powdered sugar. Linda, if you have vegan granulated sugar and a bit of cornstarch, about 1 tsp per cup of sugar, and put them in a blender or coffee grinder until they're fine like powder. That's pretty much the same thing as powdered sugar in a bag or box.
Guest guest
Wow! Okay, thanks, I shall try that. Wonder if it tastes good sprinkled on pancakes, waffles and such? linda " Whatever you do will be insignificant and it is very important that you do it. I don't see why not. It's literally the same thing, but they grind it in larger amounts! (If you look at a package you'll see something like " 3% cornstarch " on the label.)
