i *HEART* filo dough. it just takes some practice to get used to it. you

have to make sure it's been properly thawed (if using frozen), and then you

just take one piece at a time, spray it with oil, and layer another piece on

top. a lot of the time i rip large pieces off of the whole; it looks nice, and

it's flakier.

well, i dont like phyllo that much so I dont think it'sd worth the

trouble anymore, LOL.

the quiche was excellent though, even the kids ate it!

To each her own! :-) At least you know what to try if someone asks

you to make something with it.
