Guest guest
i love artichoke dips in general, but when i saw the hot and spicy version i just had to try it. i added garlic, used vegan mayo, and i am not a big fan of Tabasco sauce, so i used Sriracha instead. This came out so good. Hot and Spicy Artichoke Dip 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese 1 cup mayo [i use Vegenaise] 1 can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 4 green onions, thinly sliced 1 (7-ounce) can diced green chilies 1 Tbs. Tabasco sauce, or more [i use Sriracha sauce] Combine all ingredients. Place in a shallow, greased baking dish. Bake at 350û for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with sturdy crackers or toasted French bread. Yield: about 4 cups ~ pt ~ I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy. ~ Rabindranath Tagore
