Warm & Merry Greetings to the group, Flo.

We are honored to have as a member and hope

that you will enjoy the atmosphere. i am pt, the

listowner and moderator with the help of Shawn

[subprong] and Susie [msanthrope].

 

Hmmmm... the spirit of the group? Well, i like to

think of us as one big cyber vegetarian community.

A place we can feel free to ask questions, share recipes,

gather information, and just exchange friendly

conversation with other vegetarian people around the

world. Feel free to jump right in. You never have to

feel shy or that your question might be too silly... there

is no such thing as a silly question. i have learned so

much from the questions asked and answers given here.

 

i have never heard Howard Lyman speak before, but

i imagine it was a wonderful experience for you.

Anyway, feel free to email me offlist at any time if

you are unsure about what is appropriate to the group

or too shy to ask onlist. Other than that just relax and

enjoy; i look forward to reading your future posts.
