i can vouch for floradix

....it's a wonderful iron supplement. i worked in

health food stores for several years and this product

was a big seller and beneficial to many people, esp.

if they couldn't tolerate iron in a pill form. but,

you should always check with your doctor before taking

an iron supplement...too much iron is toxic and can

cause cancer.
