This is really yummy and so easy to whip together

for an appetizer... great for New Year's Eve.

 

OlŽ Bean Dip

 

1 can vegetarian refried beans

1 cup sour cream

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

2 Tbs. Sriracha hot sauce [or your favorite]

2 Tbs. dry taco seasoning mix

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

 

Mix the first seven ingredients together, spread into a pie

plate or quiche dish and top with cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350û for 15 minutes or until warmed through and

the cheese melted. Serve with plenty of corn chips.

Yield: serves 8 to 10
