Guest guest
You poor dear girl! i am so sorry to read you have been ill; wondered where you were and had just chalked it up to holiday-fun. i have not been around as much due to the holidays. When i am sick with a head-cold or flu and sinus thing i just eat soups and broths. That miso soup Donna shared sounds wonderful. But often i don't have energy or desire to do even that, so i will send my dh to the store to buy cans of vegetarian safe soups... i like crackers, too. For drinks i usually crave hot herbal teas. Cold CarePM by Traditional Medicials is good as are others they make for colds and flus. i really like to sip a fizzy Emergen-C in the raspberry flavor; all you have to do is add it to a half-cup of cold or warm water and it has a lot of vitamin C and also vitamin B6 and B12... good for ya. Here's hoping you have a healthy 2006! ~ pt ~ Month of January - smoky is the vale; Weary the wine-bearer; strolling the minstrel; Lean the cow; seldom the hum of the bee. ~ anon.
