Mark - I have that (the tempeh recipe) on pg 96 of " The Angelica Home

Kitchen " cookbook... there's a recipe for the actual Reuben too (pg

179), that includes a recipe for Russian dressing. I haven't tried

that particular tempeh before, but now I'll have to! :-)
