Pierogi Casserole ~? for Lori

This sounds really good, Lori. How did those no-cook l

asagna noodles work out for you with this dish? i used

them on New Year's day for the first time in my lasagna,

and i used a lot of sauce, adding extra water, etc. as the

directions suggested, and even with that i was glad i

had extra sauce on the side to put on our individual

servings because it was sort of dry once cooked. i don't

see a lot of moisture in this recipe, so i was wondering

how they worked in it. TIA.

i used no-cook noodles with a recipe from the box and the noodles were

awful, still so thick and chewy.
