Guest guest
I work out daily, seven days a week, 52 weeks a year, year after year after year. Vacuuming, dusting, cooking, doing dishes, making beds, feeding my little friends, brushing my teeth, lifting my fork clear up to my mouth does my bisceps. And then the propensity to window shop until I drop to be significant exercise. (I don't buy and Bush is deporting me to Siberia for not being a good American consumer). My goddess woman, that is enough for me. Besides I remind myself that even Demi Moore, Jane Fonda cut the intense training out and they look great even so. When I told Bush I was a vegan he said okay, he would relent and send me to the planet Vega instead of Siberia. Goddess, that man has a really big brain. linda " Whatever you do will be insignificant and it is very important that you do it. I makeother goals as the year goes along, but one thing at a time allows me to make it a habit.

The working out 5 days week doesn't mean all the sessions are intense or killer - just consistent! :-) Amy, who also doesn't shop enough to keep the economy moving
