Doing the garlic twist

One of the gifts I received these past holidays was a Garlic Twist. Thank

you, Amy, for telling us about it. I have no idea why but I was really

excited to get it. :)

This thing isn't as easy as the video shows, however it does a good enough

job, no doubt. No more having tons of garlic oil on every finger from

cutting them up. I've already used it a few times. It tends to really

crush the garlic and even create a wetness (I suppose from crushing the

garlic oil/juice out). So if you want a good garlic flavor throughout the

dish (as oppose to just chopping up garlic without precrushing it and having

garlic bits) then this sucker is for you.

Tis the only dance I'll do.

Thanks Amy.

S. :)

....oh photo of it is the photo section under " S. " .

Yep! If you twist a little less you have bits, but they're definitely

not neat little bits - and I like it crushed most of the time anyway.
