Guest guest
Sue-I just loved your intro. Welcome in here with us. Please browse our recipe file area. There's even a recipe folder with kid friendly recipes. You have plenty of support in here. It's a vegetarian group so if you eat, dairy and eggs you don't need to feel guilty. We have a diverse group here. Many vegans and non-vegetarians make up the group too. I have milk allergy, not intolerance so I have to be very careful with dairy, I can get away with hard aged cheeses but no ice cream, sour cream, etc. Butter doesn't bother me either. I cook with eggs, never cared to eat them. I'm not a breakfast person, unless it's peanut butter and jam on toast, steel cut oatmeal or fruit. I can eat from 10am on until the wee hours of the night with no problem. Looking forward to your posts. Guest guest
I'm don't have any children but my non-vegetarian family is coming around little by little. I make many recipes from the files to share with them on weekends and holidays. The kids go right after the casseroles. My Dad is very stubborn but he will try what I bring and ends up asking for seconds as he grumbles under his breath. I like to make things in the crockpot and there's a crockpot folder of recipes in the files. I did get my family off pork and also lard tortillas so that's progress in my eyes. You will like it in here, everyone is so supportive. Kenia
