Donna's creepy post about how she eats tofu

right from the freshly drained tub it comes in,

just made me laugh and shudder too.

Now here is a dressing recipe I love and I think

she should at least put some of this on that

mass of curd! *lol* But seriously, this dressing is

fabulous on steamed veggies, raw veggies, rice,

potatoes or whatever you want to jazz up a bit.

 

Creamy Mustard Dressing

 

2 Tbs. Dijon mustard

1/4 cup dry white wine

1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup half and half

2 tsp. minced garlic

sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne, to taste

 

Whisk all together until well combined.

Yield: about one cup dressing
