Guest guest
I thank our Christie for bringing up smoked paprika. I had no idea it was out there. I just love it too. I just saw your dressing, it does look very good. Hugs, Donna --- genny_y2k <genny_y2k wrote: > Donna , > I could not bring myself to say that word. Guest guest
I was so happy to have been able to share that discovery with my friends. Over here it is now on sale as " Picante Pimenton " which seems a strange marketing ploy when at least 95% of the population doesn't speak Spanish and so wouldn't know what it was. Guest guest
-Christie, Thanks for that info. Apx. half of the population in this state speak Spanish so now I know where to find Picante Pimenton. I really enjoy the flavor and color of this spice. I have used Paprika in the past but never tasted it like this. I had the Basil-Paprika salad dressing on a fresh spinach-gherkin- green onion salad yesterday and it was delicious. I'm sure the dressing tastes even better today now that the flavors have blended. When I was growing up my family used no spices or herbs for cooking. Only salt and pepper. I have had years of enjoyment growing herbs and experimenting with recipes using them. I am amazed at the wonderful spices and herbs on our planet for our enjoyment and good health. We are blessed. Sending smiles and hugs your way Deanna -- In , " christie_0131 " <christie0131 wrote: > > I was so happy to have been able to share that discovery with my > friends.
