Hugs, Donna Chesapeake Bay Seasoning (mock Old Bay) 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. gr.celery seed 1 tsp. sweet Hungarian paprika 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. gr. black pepper 1 tsp. gr. bay leaf 2 tsps. salt 1/4 tsp. gr. allspice 1/4 tsp. gr. ginger 1/4 tsp. gr. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. gr. cardamom 1/4 tsp. gr. cinnamon 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. kelp powder (optional if not available) Mix all seasonings in a small bowl until well blended. Place in a glass jar and store in the cupboard.
