Here you go, if you

can't find Old Bay here's a mock version

Marsha posted months back.

I can toss some in a baggy and send you

the real thing. Let me know.

You're so welcome and thank you for

always brightening our day!

Hugs,

Donna

Chesapeake Bay Seasoning (mock Old Bay)

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

1 tsp. gr.celery seed

1 tsp. sweet Hungarian paprika

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 tsp. gr. black pepper

1 tsp. gr. bay leaf

2 tsps. salt

1/4 tsp. gr. allspice

1/4 tsp. gr. ginger

1/4 tsp. gr. nutmeg

1/4 tsp. gr. cardamom

1/4 tsp. gr. cinnamon

1/4 to 1/2 tsp. kelp powder (optional if not

available)

Mix all seasonings in a small bowl until well

blended.

Place in a glass jar and store in the cupboard.

Has a very long shelf life.
