Guest guest Posted August 6, 2006 Report Share Posted August 6, 2006 Pasta Salad with Fresh Tomatoes We got some hot house tomatoes and they went perfect in this, this one is a keeper. 4 large tomotoes, cubed 1/2 red onion, chopped 3 garlic cloves, chopped 1/3 cup fresh basil 2 tbsps. balsamic vinegar 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/2 lb. medium sized pasta-shells or rotini-cooked and cooled 1/2 tsp. salt Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, vinegar and pepper in a large bowl.
