Guest guest Posted August 7, 2006 Report Share Posted August 7, 2006 I know, I should just shut up and not post this but I am such a kid, still, to this day,, when I see fava beans I think of Hanibal Lector, LOL hugs, Chanda - AJ Monday, August 07, 2006 12:51 PM Fava Bean Salad Fava Bean Salad 2 cups fava beans 2 ounces yellow pepper 2 tomatoes 2 ounces red onions 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms 3 ounces extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar Squeeze lime 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon shallot salt and pepper to taste Combine and toss ingredients in salad bowl.
