Guest guest Posted August 7, 2006 Report Share Posted August 7, 2006 Hi all - I made two recipes I found in the files here: pineapple fried rice and chinese-spice tofu baby salad. We had a fantastic meal!! I used frozen tofu so it's texture was a bit different but I liked it alot. I couldn't locate my can of crushed pineapple so I used a frozen fruit mixture of pineapple, mango and peaches. I chopped them up and they were a great substitute. This was a great change from the usual beans, lentils and veggie burgers. If you have a celebration coming up, make these dishes.
