Guest guest
Did you post your recipe for your awesome eggplant parmasean? I must of missed it if you did. I would love for you to post it if you haven't already. Judy - akfral Sunday, August 06, 2006 9:27 PM speaking of veggie gardens We put up some pickles a couple weeks ago, and I stuck some jalapenos in there. OH my are they hot!!! I love jalapenos in the raw in a wrap, but combined with the pickling spice they knock your socks off! I was literally crying. Had to follow up with cheese and crackers to cut the spicy. But they were good and I kept eating them (no teaching some people, huh?) I have to try that zucchini tomato tart soon. I don't think DH put in any zucchini in our garden, but my bookkeeper will have some soon, and my in-law's neighbors too. I made an awesome eggplant parmesan the other night (I think I posted about that) and I'm having the leftovers for breakfast in the morning. And I've got more eggplant and hot peppers coming, and it is about time to can tomatoes. AmyF
Guest guest
Why do we do that to ourselves. When we go to the Thai grill, it is so hot that I need loads of ice water. Yet.....I go back each week looking forward to that spicyness! Ain't it great? sue ---- akfral 08/06/06 22:27:44 speaking of veggie gardens We put up some pickles a couple weeks ago, and I stuck some jalapenos in there. OH my are they hot!!!
