Guest guest Posted August 11, 2006 Report Share Posted August 11, 2006 Last yr. daughter and I canned Jalapenos(whole) and they are delicious..Crispy, and colorful. However we will not be able to enter them in the Fair as the liquid has " settled " and is now too far below the required distance from the jar top. We want to can them again this year but also hope to enter them in the Fair next year so must follow the guidelines exactly. We need advise.. HELP!
