You're it. Ask the question of the week. Deanna told

us she was going to her friends ranch for a few days.

OK Ready.........Donna

I never liked the turkey anyway, LOL.

I serve everything else, the usuals, and with mushroom gravy. My mother makes

all the stuff for the meat eaters and others help her :o)

Since I am vegetarian my mom will substitute the veg broth in the stuffing for

me. I have not found a gravy that is tasty and animal free!

I don't use broth at all, I use milk, and my mom always did too, it makes the

stuffing nice and moist :o)

Quorn is a brand-name. It is oh what is vat grown mold. You can read about it

here: http://www.foodrevolution.org/askjohn/35.htm we (my husband, daughter

and myself) have all ate with no adverse effects. It is really good though a

little bit dry. We put a lot of gravy on it. The only reason why I wouldn't

eat is because it is not vegan. And I've struggled over the years with whether

or not free range and organic eggs/ dairy is good enough. If you aren't vegan

and not so worried about possible food allergies then go for it. The

directions for how to cook it are similar to the tofurky and unturkeys and the

instructions are on the box.
